The Five Buttons
A man with a hat sat in a blank, white waiting room, clutching the small piece of paper in his fist. The room itself was small, only containing a few blue chairs, a coffee table and only one picture on the yellowed walls. It was all so generic, boring.
The man’s knee bounced up and down in this waiting room as he sat. How long had he been there, ten, fifteen minutes? He couldn’t be sure. He hadn’t seen many people in the building when he entered, just one old receptionist lady in the front. He had shown her the letter he had received in the mail from this particular building. She took it, her hand shaking slightly, as most

Her Last Stand
She was running, cuts, bruises and scars covered her body. She hurt everywhere. She use to be huge and beautiful, now she's thin, scraggly and small, oh so small. The hard, black, sparkling floor burned her bare feet as she ran. Tall, ominous, shiny beast surrounded her. The suffocating black mist they spewed choked her already air-thirsty lungs. She was dying.
Suddenly, she was cut down from behind. She turned to look at her attacker. Its eyes were blank, cold, and glassy. Its one arm reached out for her. Its hand opened revealing razor sharp revolving teeth. When it screamed, it sounded like the cry of a hawk mixed with a lion's roar.

But I won't say hi
I'll watch the ground
If you look me in the eye
My stomach churns
As they walk bye
You ask me how I am
I feel like I could cry
I say I'm fine
But I lie
You see my nervousness
But don't ask why
Being alone in my room
Is my only ally
You assume I'm shy
This I don't deny
I say hello
You don't reply
I'm terrified
But I won't retry
I'm an aspiring writer who has three major novels on my mind. I love animals, the environment, and reading. I have two sisters who are totally awesome! I'm a dorky geek and am proud of it. (I make tons of stupid mistakes, and embarrass myself a lot.) My friends all find me trustworthy, kind, and funny. I tend to spend a lot of time thinking about what's wrong with the world, and what simple solutions there are to fix all of them. I am a HUGE Avatard, and am a D.C./Marvel fan. One day, I hope to publish my novels, and, well, never mind, that's all I want to accomplish. :thumb90543044: :thumb93151199: :thumb93152261: :thumb93177115: SAVE YOUNG JUSTICE: SIGN PETITION:www.change.org/petitions/carto… PLEASE!

Hi all my 14 watchers!
Just wanted to catch up with all of you guys. Ya know.
It's been a long time since I've posted a journal.
So, only two more weeks until school is over! Thank the GODS! (Heros of Olympus) I have so many finals coming up though… and only one of them is terrifying me.
French.
I have a B in that class right now, and my teacher told me that the average on the final is around five points less than your normal test grade. I can't get five points less that my average test grade!! It's 200 multiple choice questions, an essay, and a speaking part where you answer questions. I'm only worried about this one. Not biology, not m
So just thought I might check up on all of you kids…
How's life?
I hope you're doing well!
I'm ok-ish, I WANT THE SCHOOL YEAR TO END! I'm tired of it….*sigh*
